At Shark Robot, we want you to love your gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn and unwashed apparel within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited edition or clearance items may be final sale as indicated on the product page.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unwashed, and still have the tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include the packing slip to ensure our warehouse team can identify your return quickly.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
